“I'm 82 with a dicky heart and truly no good at yoga. But don't let that put anyone off, everyone else is both much younger and much better. It is a tribute to Olivia's excellence as a teacher that I feel ok about that rather feeling hopelessly out of place. My body parts may be mostly in the wrong place but my mind seems to be in the right place which to me is much more important. So I love it and intend to continue. In my experience that is only possible with a really good teacher. She allows me to be my (very imperfect) self and in my three classes so far I've ended up with a real sense of space and peace. Probably it's good for this rickety old body too! Thank you very very much Olivia.”

“My husband and I have been going to Olivia's Yoga Nidra class for around 10 weeks. I must say I was a little unsure about how I would get back into yoga after a break of 15 years or so. Plus I had a painful frozen shoulder and could hardly move my right arm and shoulder. I needn't have worried. Each gentle exercise is carefully chosen by Olivia with more challenging variants for those with more flexibility. I am aware of my own body actually learning the exercises and becoming slightly more accomplished each week. Some elements I occasionally also practice at home. I am delighted that my shoulder has improved week by week and although its movement is still somewhat limited it is no longer painful. I am sure this is due to the regular yoga sessions.

Olivia has shown herself to be a dedicated and knowledgeable teacher and her choice of moves with the accompanying music makes for a very enjoyable hours break from the demands of daily life. I feel that both my body and mind are benefitting from Olivia's classes. Thank you Olivia.”
