The Wild Rose

The wild rose is a symbol of love, protection, and the untamed spirit of nature. I have chosen it to represent my yoga style and beliefs as its adapts and changes with the seasons, whilst its delicate pale pink blooms are a subtle symbol of resilience and wellness. The colours pink and green represent Anahata (the heart chakra) located in the centre of the chest, associated with love, compassion, emotional balance, and healthy relationships.

“The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.”
